Steps to buy a property in Turkey
First: The right property is chosen by the buyer and all the information is obtained, which should include:
1-Copy of the title deed document (s) of the current owner
2-If the property is land, the property number must be brought according to the municipality plan
3-picture of the location of the property in the municipal plan
4-Contract of sale of the property that was processed between the seller and the buyer
Second: go to the Tax Directorate and get the tax number of the buyer and this step requires only passport, which takes little time
Third: Translating the passport into the Turkish language by a juridical translator and ratifying it to the writer in justice. This step requires the presence of the person himself and the passport.
Fourth: Provide four personal photographs of the buyer
Fifth: The purchase contract shall be signed between the buyer and the seller. A first payment shall be made, preferably no more than 25% of the agreed value of the property price
Sixth: Submit an application for the approval of the residence of the military - if not previously available - in order to transfer the property to the name of the buyer, and must take into account the following matters:
1-This paper requires a period of one to three months
2-The contract signed between the buyer and the seller must provide that if the military authorities do not agree to transfer the property to the buyer's name, the seller must return the full amount to the buyer.
Seventh: Upon the issuance of the military approval, the seller goes with the real estate agent to the customs department to transfer the property, where he is preferred to have a sworn translator in case the buyer is foreign to verify all the data number of the property, the area registered in the title deed (Tabu) and explain all items in the contract and notify the buyer
